   • Recording data handling entity: Recording files are directly stored and managed by the hospital, and the Company (FaceOn) does not store or retain recording files. The hospital can store and delete the recording files according to its own policies, and the retention period and management method follow the hospital's policies.
   • Storage and deletion of recording files: The hospital retains recorded data for the necessary period and may delete it according to relevant laws and hospital policies. Users can check the deletion status of recording files by directly requesting the hospital.
   • Third-party provision: Recording files are not provided to third parties except as permitted by law. The platform does not directly access or utilize recorded consultation content.
6. Information collected during chat consultation
   • Text and images transmitted through chat (including consultation-related content)
   • Original text and translated text of chat messages through Google Translation API

The Company collects personal information through the following methods.
