The hospital can store and delete the recording files according to its own policies, and the retention period and management method follow the hospital's policies.
- Storage and deletion of recording files: The hospital retains recorded data for the necessary period and may delete it according to relevant laws and hospital policies. Users can check the deletion status of recording files by directly requesting the hospital.
- Third-party provision: Recording files are not provided to third parties except as permitted by law. The platform does not directly access or utilize recorded consultation content.
